About the University
Russian University of Tourism Studies (РГУТиС) is a public university which provides training for Russian and International personnel in tourism and services industry. The university has a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the right of realization of educational activity (№ 9859 from 05.02.2008) and has State Accreditation (№ 1099 from 05.02.2008). RSUTS was founded in 1952 as a Higher School of Trade Cooperation and for half-a-century became the leader among universities in Russia, training staff in tourism and services.
